#comments page: text is cut off

:( sorry to bother again, but it kind of looks like the width of the chronocomments component is overruling the width of the text? text looks normal on article page, but is being cut off sometimes on the comment page. At the right (see second sentence under first image, and first sentence under second image). the width of the images are 535 pixels. I think the width of the component is 520. as soon as I change the width in the style.css (com_chronocomments) to 535 the component is being cut off at the right.

the good news is that I just purchased the component🙂

Hi 404, the link you posted doesn't work, why should you increase the component size ? keep it at 520px if it works fine, indeed there is no fixed width, the width should be variable based on the container!

Hi Max,

I have updated the link, i added new categories. now it works. I did not increase the width of the component and on the homepage the article text looks fine. it changes once you click the 'reactions' link (under the article) and go to the #comments page.

something else that is really strange: I have placed a URL in this comment

this is the code of the comment:

[url=dit is een link[/url] naar een topic op het forum over de tramtunnel van Rem Koolhaas

and this is where it points to when the link is clicked. it places a space/ %20 in the word 'rie leks', although this is not placed in the original comment..

that's because the "break long words" option is enabled, some small fixes are needed, I will take care of them soon!
